Castle Rock staff review plans for 324 Dawson Trails apartments

Castle Rock staff are reviewing plans for a 324-unit apartment complex in Dawson Trails Filing 2, southwest of Dawson Trails Boulevard and Blanca Peak Parkway. The Town’s September Development Services report lists submitted construction documents and erosion-control plans for the project.
The report classifies the proposal as an administrative project. The Town says administrative land-use applications are processed by staff and do not require public hearings. An October development update citing a Town memo reported that the proposal remained in review. Staff review is not approval to build.
