Falcon Highlands South development

El Paso County is reviewing the Falcon Highlands South development, including a 20.874-acre final plat for 24 single-family lots and five tracts near Antelope Meadows Circle and Bridal Vail Way; groundwater, drainage, water supply, and infrastructure conditions remain central to the project.
