Ruxton cathodic protection project

Colorado Springs Utilities is protecting approximately one mile of raw-water pipeline along Ruxton Avenue between the Manitou Springs Hydroelectric Plant and the Manitou Avenue roundabout; construction is scheduled for September through December 2026 with rolling lane closures and other neighborhood impacts.
