Colorado Springs electric rates

Colorado Springs Utilities sets Electric Cost Adjustment rates through its electric rate schedules. The City Council-approved schedule changes the fixed adjustment to 2.11 cents per kWh, effective October 1, 2026, with related tariff changes effective April 1, 2027.
