Monument 7 Brew drive-thru development

Monument is reviewing a planned 7 Brew drive-thru coffee development at 15822 Jackson Creek Parkway, including site, traffic circulation, access, parking, landscaping and drainage plans; council review continued to address traffic concerns and a bypass-lane stop-sign condition.
