Valley Hi Golf Course First Tee lease

Colorado Springs is considering a long-term, below-market ground lease at Valley Hi Golf Course to First Tee Southern Colorado for a year-round youth golf facility. The organization would build and operate the facility; City Council was scheduled to consider the agreement.
