Castle Pines North Metropolitan District service plan

Douglas County is reviewing an amendment to the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District service plan. The change would shift storm drainage, recreation and landscaping services to the City of Castle Pines under intergovernmental agreements and cap the district’s operations mill levy at 7 mills; water and sanitary sewer services would remain with the district.
