Colorado Springs Temple development

Colorado Springs is reviewing the development plan for a temple on 18.6 acres in Flying Horse, including an appeal focused on the steeple's height, visibility and lighting. The Planning Commission denied the appeal but modified the plan to require a non-reflective matte finish and no top-tier illumination except as required by FAA rules.
