Palmer High School campus redevelopment

School District 11 is seeking a unified, modernized Palmer High School campus in downtown Colorado Springs, involving a zone change, a proposed East Boulder Street vacation and phased campus improvements. The Planning Commission recommended the land-use and zoning actions and street vacation to City Council; a public hearing was set for March 10, 2026.
