Moreno and Cascade redevelopment

Colorado Springs' Urban Renewal Authority and City Council are considering an urban renewal plan for about 1.7 acres near downtown's Moreno and Cascade avenues. The plan would use tax-increment financing to support a hotel-led redevelopment and an attainable-housing component projected at 77–115 units; the Planning Commission recommended approval.
