Colorado Springs wastewater expansion

Colorado Springs Utilities is expanding wastewater infrastructure to serve current and future customers, including growth in Banning Lewis Ranch. The Milton Proby Interceptor is the first phase; construction is anticipated from 2027 to 2030, with the broader expansion planned in phases over 25 years.
