Meridian Village affordable housing zoning

Douglas County has received a separate Meridian Planned Development amendment application to allow multifamily housing on the former school-site parcels for Shea's affordable housing proposal. The amendment and any later site plans require land-use review separate from the county's land-conveyance decision; hearing dates have not been set.
