Lowell Commons redevelopment

Colorado Springs City Council is considering a rezoning and related Lowell Neighborhood Land Use Plan change for 1.20 acres at 202, 251 and 252 East Las Animas Street. The zoning request would allow 184 dwelling units per acre, 950 square feet of commercial space and buildings up to 65 feet.
