777 East US Highway 24 redevelopment

Woodland Park has rezoned the former Eagle Fire Lodge at 777 East US Hwy 24 from PUD to Multiple Dwelling Urban Residential (MDU). The city has also approved a conditional use permit for attached dwellings, subject to conditions including water-tap allocation, updated highway access approval, and required development and occupancy permits.
