Patriot Park land-use change

Colorado Springs is considering changes to the zoning and land-use plan for Patriot Park at 755, 775, 789 and 795 Space Center Drive. The applications would replace the site's industrial/commercial-flex land-use designation with single-family attached and detached housing while retaining flex-space allowances in the zoning plan; the presentation does not report a final decision.
